Requirement：
- College degree. 大專以上學歷
- Majored in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 機械、電子或制造工程專業(yè)。

- 3 years working experience in Automotive Industrial. 三年汽車制造行業(yè)經驗。
- APQP，PPAP and TS16949 experience. 有APQP，PPAP and TS16949. 經驗。
- LEAN manufacturing implementation experience. 有精益生產實施經驗。

Desired Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sensor and switch design experience; 至少3年汽車傳感器和開關設計經驗；
- Knowledge and relevant experience on non-contact speed sensor technology preferred; 有非接觸式速度傳感器技術知識及相關經驗；
- Knowledge of Six Sigma; 具備6個西格瑪知識；

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with home divisions to design new products per customer specifications, communicate with customer for new design proposal if required. 協(xié)同總部工程師根據客戶規(guī)范設計新產品；如有必要，將主導和客戶溝通新的設計建議。
- Generate and maintain engineering product specifications, product and component drawings. 制定并維護產品工程規(guī)范，產品和零件的圖紙。
- Coordinate with other departments to build prototypes. 協(xié)調其他部門制造生產樣件。
- Coordinate validation for new design. 協(xié)調新設計的驗證實驗。
- Generate and maintain bill of material. 制定并維護相關產品的物料清單。
- Assist product cost analysis. 協(xié)助產品的成本分析。
- Manage ECN process in Stoneridge Suzhou. 管理公司的工程變更過程。
- Provide product knowledge support for quality, manufacturing, etc. 對相關質量和生產等問題提供產品技術支持。
- Work with purchasing group to qualify new component vendors, develop technique agreement for sourced and manufactured products. 與采購部合作，對新供應商進行質量認證；為確定的產品制定技術評審。
- Implement cost reduction measures to reduce costs while ensuring product quality. 在保證產品質量的前提下降低成本并實施測量。
