- 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、計算機(jī)分析、樣品制造和測試，以及新產(chǎn)品的投產(chǎn)
- 為主機(jī)客戶和售后客戶提供技術(shù)上的支持

教育水平：
- 本科學(xué)歷，汽車發(fā)動機(jī)，化學(xué)或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)
- 碩士或博士學(xué)歷，汽車發(fā)動機(jī)，化學(xué)或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先

技能（技術(shù)功能方面）：
- 在汽車行業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方面具有兩年的工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉塑料件產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
- 熟練運用AUTO-CAD、PRO/E軟件，固體或液體計算分析和機(jī)械設(shè)計
- 具備柴油發(fā)動機(jī)方面的知識
- 良好的英語溝通能力（口語、書面及表達(dá)）
- 懂得DOE, MSA等先進(jìn)工程管理方法
- 熟練運動計算機(jī)及相關(guān)的軟件，如MS Office

技能（質(zhì)量方面）：
- 6-Sigma,FMEA

技能（協(xié)作力方面）：
- 具有項目協(xié)作經(jīng)驗，與交叉功能的團(tuán)隊緊密合作

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will be responsible for new product development and release of Air, fuel and lube filtration components and systems used on diesel engines.
- This position will lead product design, analysis, prototype, ****, and validation of new components and systems.
- This position will benchmark competitive designs, patents, components and technologies to identify and/or develop world-class components/systems.
- This position will jointly work with English speaking engineers in U.S. A , India and Asia Pacific.
- This position will work closely with cross-functional team and lead the project development.
- This position will technically support OE customers and AM customers

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor Degree of automotive engine，chemical or mechanical engineering
- Master or PhD Degree of automotive engine, chemical or mechanical engineering

SKILLS - FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL:
- 2 years work experience in mechanical design or product development role.
- Auto-cad, Pro-E, solid or fluid computational analysis and mechanical design
- Knowledge of diesel engine
- Good communication (written, verbal, presentation) in English
- DOE, MSA

SKILLS - QUALITY/IMPROVEMENT:
- Design for Six Sigma, FMEA
