崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities:：
1.支持銷售和了解客戶應(yīng)用程序和要求。實(shí)施適用的產(chǎn)品測(cè)試計(jì)劃以確保產(chǎn)品符合功能、 質(zhì)量、 可靠性和機(jī)構(gòu)的要求。
Support Sales/Marketing and understand customer application and requirements. Implement applicable product test plan to ensure product conformance to functional, quality, reliability and agency requirements.
2.初始設(shè)計(jì)失效模式分析預(yù)驗(yàn)證和初始圖紙繪制
(Make DFMEA/e-Validation/ preliminary drawing)
3.培訓(xùn)工程師相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)，工程程序和技術(shù)技能。
Train engineers on related product knowledge, engineering procedures and technical skill.
4.使用適當(dāng)?shù)姆治龉ぞ邅?lái)分析和解釋數(shù)據(jù)，并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。審查并驗(yàn)證任何測(cè)試結(jié)果、 數(shù)據(jù)分析和結(jié)論為特定項(xiàng)目充分和準(zhǔn)確。
Use appropriate analytical tools to analyze and interpret data, and reach relevant conclusions. Review and verify that any test results, data analysis and conclusions for a specific project are adequate and accurate.
5.發(fā)行二維和三維圖紙,制作手工樣品
Release 2d/3d approved /Make prototype when needed
6.與設(shè)計(jì)中心及兄弟工廠溝通協(xié)調(diào)，共同完成設(shè)計(jì)方案
Communicate with global design center and sister company design center to develop the design solution
7.處理公司內(nèi)部或客戶郵件
dispose Mail which come from inside company or customers
任職要求Requirement：
1.工程類相關(guān)專業(yè) Engineering or related field
2. 熟悉產(chǎn)品流程設(shè)計(jì) Be familiar with the process of product design
3.熟悉汽車行業(yè)線束、連接器、線圈或傳感器等零部件產(chǎn)品流程設(shè)計(jì)
Be familiar with the process of wire harness/connector/coil or sensor product design
4.熟悉汽車行業(yè)線束、連接器、線圈或傳感器等零部件生產(chǎn)流程、 產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、 測(cè)試和應(yīng)用程序。
Be familiar with wire harness/connector/coil or sensor components production process flow, product design, testing and application.
5.熟悉汽車行業(yè)線束、連接器、線圈或傳感器等零部件開(kāi)發(fā)流程，三年以上汽車行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Familiar with wire harness/connector/coil or sensor components development process, for more than three years working experience of product design in automotive industry
6.最少 5 年經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括產(chǎn)品工程 3 年。
Minimum five years working experience, including 3 years in product engineering.

能夠獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程。
Can independently the design production process.
良好的辦公自動(dòng)化軟件，AUTOCAD 操作技能 ，Pro/E 或者其他三維制圖軟件
Good Office software ，AUTOCAD skills and Pro/E 3D skills or other 3D CAD application experience
