職責(zé)描述:
根據(jù)客戶細(xì)分需求定期拜訪客戶。建立關(guān)系,識(shí)別,發(fā)現(xiàn)并創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)或項(xiàng)目,以滿足客戶需求,提高銷售
1. 負(fù)責(zé)有色鑄造銷售
2. 實(shí)施批準(zhǔn)訪問計(jì)劃定期拜訪客戶合規(guī)客戶細(xì)分需求。定期拜訪客戶
3. 識(shí)別,發(fā)現(xiàn)和開發(fā)新的機(jī)會(huì)或項(xiàng)目,為客戶創(chuàng)造***的價(jià)值,并獲取創(chuàng)造的價(jià)值,提高銷售。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和實(shí)施項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,為客戶展示價(jià)值。發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在客戶
4. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集客戶投訴,撰寫正確的改進(jìn)計(jì)劃,報(bào)告競爭對手的活動(dòng)或收集競爭對手的產(chǎn)品作為基準(zhǔn),并處理任何業(yè)務(wù)問題。
5. 檢查鑄造過程,確保產(chǎn)品正確使用。
6. 與客戶一起做出準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測,了解客戶的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和庫存水平,管理客戶的采購行為,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的包裝,最小的數(shù)量和最低的成本交貨。
7. 與客戶討論銷售合同,DSO,協(xié)議,并提出方案供區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)。
資格:
本科以上學(xué)歷,鑄造、冶金專業(yè)。
5年以上鑄造行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉黑色金屬鑄造工藝。

Key Result Areas:
Visit customer regularly based on customer segmentation demand. To build relationship and identify, find and create opportunity or project to satisfy customer and increase sales.
The sales should cover both Ferro.
Implement approved visit plan to visit customer regularly to compliance customer segmentation demand.
Identify, find and develop new opportunity or project to create grea**** value to customer and capture value created and improve the sales. As project leader to make project plan and implement project plan and demonstrate value to customer.
Responsible for customer database, collect customer complaint to write correct CCAR for the improvement, report competitor activities or collect competitor product for bench mark and deal any business issue.
Check casting process to ensure product applied in right way.
Working with customer to make the accurate forecast and understand customer production plan and stock level to manage customer purchase behavior to delivery with standard package, minimum volume by lowest cost.
Discuss sales contract, DSO, agreement with customer and make proposal for the approval by Regional Business Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor above education background for foundry, metallurgy.
Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in Foundry industry and familiar with ferrous casting process .
Knowledge:
Know Foseco product technology
Understand foundry market and industry
Know directly sales mould and based sales knowledge
Understand foundry casting process ( steel, iron)
The based finance sense is necessary
