Job Description:

1) 分析產(chǎn)線(xiàn)模具問(wèn)題，改善模具狀態(tài)。 支援日常生產(chǎn)模具問(wèn)題和改善

In charge of all problematic Die issues & Improve to a better condition; Support daily Die issues and improvements;


2) 進(jìn)行模具圖紙更新和管控

Tooling drawing update and control;



3) 新模具，轉(zhuǎn)移項(xiàng)目調(diào)試和樣品小批量trial run

Debug new tooling and transfer dies & trial run for production;


4) 復(fù)制模具的設(shè)計(jì)及FAI調(diào)試；新的模具設(shè)計(jì)Review以及模具layout的優(yōu)化

Copy die design and debug FAI；Design review on new dies or duplicate dies for layout optimization


5) 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模具沖速的改善，減少停機(jī)時(shí)間

Lead continuous improvements on die SPM increase and downtime decrease；


6）與電鍍裝配等下工序部門(mén)的工程師進(jìn)行溝通，解決模具問(wèn)題

Communicate with Plating/Assembly engineers for die problem solving


7）復(fù)制模具，新增料號(hào)的模具報(bào)價(jià)評(píng)估

The quotation of copy new dies and add new products pin quotation.


8) 遵守公司、部門(mén)及管理層規(guī)定的所有紀(jì)律。

Observe all discipline and rule which come from company\ department and management.


9) 維護(hù)生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的安全與衛(wèi)生.

Maintain good housekeeping and safety of assigned work space.


10) 完成主管或管理層分配的其他事宜.

Other duties as assigned by management.



Job Requirement:

1) 職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院, 大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷

Technical school or above level.


2)具備1年以上模具相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

1+years’ progressive tooling experience.


3) 具有看懂英文說(shuō)明書(shū)的能力

Can written and spoken English;



4) 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力

Be familiar with computer.
