1. In charge of the arrangements for inspection resource
2. Responsible for the incoming inspection （including trading）and make sure all instruction are clear and effective
3. Responsible for supplier quality performance statistics(PPM)
4. Deal with daily supplier quality issues. Work together with SQE to handle critical and occurrence issue.
5. Develop and maintain control plans and inspection instructions for machining area
6. Initiate investigation of customer complain(machining parts), coordinate with production to work and find out root cause and make continuous improvement which contribute to QC processes as well as production processes
7. Conducts quality related internal audit，Quality cost analysis and control. Employee skill training & Quality documents control
8. Ensure the QC documentation, procedures and records are kept according to the Quality System requirements
9. Assist quality manager to develop and implement the quality of work and the implementation of management system
10. Hold quality meeting together with other quality engineer.
