Logistic Coordination協(xié)調(diào)物流
Coordinates the vehicle transportation, assists the material manager in solving logistic issues, monitors and assesses the logistic suppliers
協(xié)調(diào)車輛運(yùn)輸，協(xié)助物料經(jīng)理解決物流過程中發(fā)生的問題，并對物流供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和考評
Inventory Check 組織盤點(diǎn)
Coordinates the vehicle transportation, assists the material manager in solving logistic issues, monitors and assesses the logistic suppliers
負(fù)責(zé)組織協(xié)調(diào)工廠盤點(diǎn)工作，制定盤點(diǎn)計劃并安排實(shí)施，并對盤點(diǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行解決，完成盤點(diǎn)差異分析
Supplier Management 監(jiān)督外來供應(yīng)商
Manages the safety of the outside suppliers, carries out the safety check on their vehicle and tool
對外來供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行安全管理，并對其使用的工具和料車進(jìn)行安全檢查
Continuous Improvement 持續(xù)改進(jìn)
Improves Warehouse competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通過推動持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動和鼓勵創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、解決方案和流程，提高倉庫的競爭力和客戶滿意度
People Development員工發(fā)展
Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members
向團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)較資淺成員分享經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識
Assists manager in leading and developing the team
協(xié)助經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和發(fā)展團(tuán)隊(duì)
Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)
通過提供適當(dāng)?shù)呐嘤?xùn)，輔導(dǎo)和輪崗機(jī)會支持員工發(fā)展; 確?？冃гu估，接任人計劃和其他人事部門的項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施 （當(dāng)有直接下屬時適用）
Requirements
崗位要求
Bachelor’s Degree or above,本科或以上學(xué)歷;
5 years relative work experience at least, large manufacturing company preferred 5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 在大型制造企業(yè)優(yōu)先；
The concepts and practices of logistic and storage of manufacturing 制造型企業(yè)物流、倉儲理論與實(shí)踐；
Familiar with MRP和ERP 熟悉MRP和ERP系統(tǒng)；
