1. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
2. At least 5 years working experience in automotive or fastener industry
3. Good communication skill in English (CET 6), presentation and interpersonal skills
4. Able to work with all levels to get things done
5. Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment servicing customers from the automotive industry
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任務(wù)和職責(zé)
1. To develop the new potential business in automotive customer.
2. For the existing customer, work with customers to identify fastening system solutions for product applications
3. Visit customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities
4. Secure orders and work with customer service and the plants to ensure timely delivery of products.
5. Co-ordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints
6. Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy
7. Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer.
8. Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled
9. Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.
