機(jī)械行業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理5年及以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)
熟悉TS工具的使用(PFMEA、SPC)
技能技巧 Skills&Competence:
熟悉制造業(yè)的管理模式和人力配置
◆熟悉沖壓件或注塑產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)流程和工藝

工作內(nèi)容:
1. 工作內(nèi)容 Job Content: 日常生產(chǎn)管理 Daily production arrangement
 保證生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的平穩(wěn)實(shí)施;
Keep production schedule running in good condition
 解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的異常,潛在的問(wèn)題的發(fā)現(xiàn)及擬定相應(yīng)的解決方案;
Finds out and solves problem in production, and provide solution for the potential risks
 提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低員工的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度
Improve production efficiency, and reduce manpower intensity
 整理及分析生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù);
Collect & analyze data related to production activity
 監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)所需原輔料、工具、設(shè)備等的使用情況;
Supervise on the conditions of RM, IM, equipments and machines in production line
 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理控制及維護(hù)本部門質(zhì)量體系的正常運(yùn)行;
Assist on Plant Manager to control and keep quality system smoothly within the department
 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布局及人員配置;
Assist on Plant Manager make shop floor layout and manpower assignment
 組織對(duì)檢驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品進(jìn)行處理
Handle the rejected products during the process of quality inspection
2. 積累生產(chǎn)中的技術(shù)工藝KNOW-HOW,建立生產(chǎn)所必須的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程并在實(shí)踐工作中不斷完善及改進(jìn)。
Build up production technique,make out SOP of production lines, update and improve with daily routines
3. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理 shop floor management
 依據(jù)5S規(guī)則對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行管理;
Management shop floor as 5S regulation
 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理;
Shop floor safety management as regulation
4. 人員管理Manpower management
 依據(jù)計(jì)劃、技能等信息布置人員;
Assign operators according production plan, skill matrix, etc.
 對(duì)下屬提供必要的指導(dǎo);
Provide the necessary guide for subordinations
 注重員工的個(gè)人發(fā)展
Focus on employees‘ development
 在部門內(nèi)創(chuàng)建團(tuán)結(jié)、高效的團(tuán)隊(duì)作風(fēng);
Motivate teamwork spirit and high efficiency spirit in team
5. 加強(qiáng)與部門內(nèi)各職能單位及與其他部門間的溝通,確保有序的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)。

6. 協(xié)助部門負(fù)責(zé)人實(shí)施本部門的各體系實(shí)施
