工作職責：Duties
1.貫徹執(zhí)行公司各項規(guī)章、制度、規(guī)定和生產(chǎn)部的所有管理規(guī)定。
Carry out all the regulations and rules of company.
2.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃，合理安排所需的人員、設(shè)備、材料以及物流，按期完成計劃。
According all kinds of production plans, arrange the manpower, equipment and materials reasonably, in order to finish the plan in time.
3.負責生產(chǎn)線人員的調(diào)配、培訓、考勤、工藝紀律、勞動紀律、績效考核、獎懲等管理。
Take charge of prepare, station assign, training, attendance, discipline, evaluation and so on.
4.執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)部的各項考核細則，完成對生產(chǎn)班組的考核。
According the examine regulations; make a evaluation to the production team.
5.及時處理生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)生的異常狀態(tài)。
Deal with the abnormal situation in time.
6.按時完成每月的生產(chǎn)報表。
Finish the monthly report
7.完成年度工作目標，包括發(fā)展， 生產(chǎn)能力，質(zhì)量和持續(xù)改進
fulfill annual goals, including development, productivity, quality and continuously improvement
8.安排好工程內(nèi)的質(zhì)量保證體系、環(huán)保體系、5S和安全生產(chǎn)等工作。
Arrange Quality assurance system, environmentalism system, 5S and safety production and so on well.
9.完成經(jīng)理臨時交辦的任務(wù)。
Finish the additional task which was assigned by manager.
任職資格Requirements:
1.學歷和專業(yè)Degree and Majority
(1)大專及以上學歷。

2.培訓和資歷 Training and Qualification
(1)精益生產(chǎn) Lean production
(2)看板管理 KANBAN System
(3)工業(yè)工程 IE
(4)現(xiàn)場問題分析和解決 8D to resolve problems
(5)生產(chǎn)運營管理高級研修班 production operator management
3.工作經(jīng)驗Years of Working Experience
(1)從事3年以上實踐工作經(jīng)驗，汽車制造業(yè)優(yōu)先
Greater than 3 years of related production management experience.
4.核心技能和素質(zhì)Key Skills and Competency
(1)具有組織生產(chǎn)的能力。熟悉本工程的工藝流程、設(shè)備性能。
Have the ability of organizing production. Be familiar with process flow and equipment capacity.
