a. 協(xié)助2E經(jīng)理控制及維護(hù)本部門(mén)質(zhì)量體系的正常運(yùn)行；
To assist Operations Manager of 2E Business Unit to keep dept. quality system normal operation.
b. 確保生產(chǎn)所需原輔料、工具、設(shè)備等的正常使用；
Ensure raw material supply in time ,tools and equipment required of production in normal operation condition.
c. 協(xié)助2E經(jīng)理設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布局及人員配置；
To assist Operations Manager of 2E Business Unit to design workshop layout and personnel allocation
d. 主導(dǎo)車(chē)間日常生產(chǎn)管理，包括生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、人員管理和安全生產(chǎn)等；
Dominate workshop daily production management, including production on-site management, personnel management and safety management, etc…
e. 保證生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的順利完成，解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的異常，潛在的問(wèn)題的發(fā)現(xiàn)及擬定相應(yīng)的解決方案；
Ensure to complete the production plan, Solve the abnormalities in the process of production, Discover the potential problem and formulate the corresponding solution;
f. 組織對(duì)檢驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品進(jìn)行處理；
Organize to dispose defective part found during the inspection;
g. 提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低員工的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度
Improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers;
h. 整理及分析生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)；
Sorting and analysis of production data;
i. 依據(jù)5S規(guī)則對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行管理；
     Supervise and control production site on the basis of 5S rules;
j. 依據(jù)計(jì)劃、技能等信息布置人員；
Personnel assignment on the basis of production plan and personnel skills.
k. 在部門(mén)內(nèi)創(chuàng)建團(tuán)結(jié)、高效的團(tuán)隊(duì)作風(fēng)；
Build up unity and high-efficiency team culture.
l. 加強(qiáng)與部門(mén)內(nèi)各職能單位及與其他部門(mén)間的溝通，確保有序的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)；
Enhance the communication with the other function area in department and the other departments. Ensure orderly production activities.
m. 環(huán)境管理責(zé)任:
Environment Management Responsibilities
- 防爆柜專(zhuān)人管理、上鎖，遠(yuǎn)離火源，配置滅火器；
- Special person should be assigned to keep Explosion-proof cabinet , and it should be locked and away from the fire seat. Configurate fire extinguisher for Explosion-proof cabinet
- 會(huì)看MSDS，應(yīng)急處置，勞保佩戴要求
Know about MSDS, emergency disposal, adorn requirements of labor protection appliance
- 化學(xué)品泄漏應(yīng)急處理
Emergency treatment of chemical leak
        部門(mén)經(jīng)理交待的其它待辦事項(xiàng)。
Other tasks assigned by department manager.
任職資格:
教育背景:大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械類(lèi)、化學(xué)類(lèi)或管理類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)
培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷:精益生產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)培訓(xùn)
經(jīng) 驗(yàn):
◆注塑行業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理5年及以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)
技能技巧:
◆熟悉制造業(yè)的管理模式和人力配置
◆熟悉注塑和注膠產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)流程和工藝
◆優(yōu)秀的自學(xué)能力、較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力和實(shí)踐意識(shí)
◆流利的中英文口頭及書(shū)面表達(dá)能力
態(tài) 度:
