Key Accountabilities 主要職責(zé)：Project management for transfer of manufacturing equipment to Taicang.生產(chǎn)制造設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)移項目的項目管理Plan and design manufacturing equipment (electrical part) in close cooperation with lead plants.在與母公司合作的基礎(chǔ)上，計劃和設(shè)計生產(chǎn)制造設(shè)備（電氣部分）Maintain, modify, improve PLC programs.維護和改善PLC程序Maintain, modify, improve electric installations in manufacturing equipment.維護和改善制造設(shè)備的電氣安裝Plan and carryout installation of new manufacturing equipment in Taicang.計劃和實現(xiàn)新生產(chǎn)設(shè)備在太倉的安裝Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment.持續(xù)改善工廠安全，環(huán)境的管理程序和規(guī)則Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity.計劃并采取措施以改善生產(chǎn)效率Coordinate projects in the area in Teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying customers requirements;與團隊合作，通過持續(xù)改善，以降低成本，提高品質(zhì)和滿足客戶的需求Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;采取合適的措施防止任何影響產(chǎn)品工藝和質(zhì)量的意外發(fā)生Evaluate availability of replacement parts for electric key manufacturing equipment.評估關(guān)鍵制造設(shè)備電氣元件更換的有效性Make preventive maintenance plan. Compile maintenance instruction, Offer guidance during implement. Update PM plan in time. 制定設(shè)備維護保養(yǎng)計劃，編寫維修指導(dǎo)書，在實施過程中提供指導(dǎo)，及時更新檢修條目.Offer support and guidance during maintenance, coordinate with OEM.為設(shè)備維修提供技術(shù)支持，和供應(yīng)商進行協(xié)調(diào)Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and replaces all types of electrical and electronic components relative to controls.與控制相關(guān)的故障分析、維修、及更換電氣及電子部件According drawing and parts, localization equipment spare parts. 根據(jù)設(shè)備圖紙或?qū)嵨?，設(shè)備備件本地化Typical equipment fault analyze, compile manual, and training maintenance technician. 對設(shè)備故障進行分析總結(jié)，編寫指導(dǎo)手冊，對維修工進行培訓(xùn)Any other works assigned by supervisors.上級指定的其他任何工作。
Requirement 要求：
(1) Bachelor degree, Electrical or Automation relative major 本科以上電氣或自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)(2) At least three years’ PLC program making and program debug experience of project 三年以上程序編制和調(diào)試的項目經(jīng)驗(3) Good at PLC program, especially Siemens PLC S7-300, S7-200, familiar with computer technology. 能熟練使用PLC進行編程, 特別是西門子S7300和S7200 PLC, 熟悉計算機技術(shù).(4) Good at Siemens HMI Smart 700ie, and MP277, have the experience of Siemens software TIAportal is prefer能熟練使用西門子的人機界面 Smart700ie和MP277, 有西門子博途軟件件經(jīng)驗更佳。(5) Better have the experience of Zebra Printer, Atlas electric screw driver, load cell, Ultrasonic sensor. 有斑馬打印機, 阿特拉斯電動螺絲擰緊機, 壓力傳感器, 超聲波傳感器的使用經(jīng)驗更佳.(6) Familiar with pneumatic system 了解氣動系統(tǒng) (7) Have the experience of equipment maintenance 有設(shè)備維護經(jīng)驗(8) Familiar with AutoCAD and office 能夠熟練使用AutoCAD軟件及Office等辦公軟件(9) Strong responsibility and good communication in English具有強烈的責(zé)任感和良好的英語溝通能力
