ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作職責(zé):
? Manages the durability tests for both cells, vehicles and test beds.

? Performs ECM diagnosis on prototypes engines

? Monitors and report important parameters
監(jiān)控并匯報(bào)重要參數(shù)
? Execute engine updates and refreshes the engine log book records
執(zhí)行發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)更新，并刷新發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)日志
? Report durability progress in daily basis
每日匯報(bào)耐久性進(jìn)程
? Compile, verify test standard, process and test report;
編制、校對(duì)試驗(yàn)大綱、試驗(yàn)規(guī)程、試驗(yàn)報(bào)告；
? Analyze and solve problems during testing.
分析處理試驗(yàn)過(guò)程問(wèn)題；
? Establishes reaction plans due to occurrences
根據(jù)發(fā)生事件創(chuàng)建反應(yīng)計(jì)劃
? Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders.
負(fù)責(zé)處理上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)授權(quán)與交辦的其它事務(wù)。

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED 任職能力要求:
Must 必備.
? Knowledge of automotive, engine and key components, experience of engine test lab installation or testing, knowledge of engine test standard, be able to identify faults during testing and make proposal on improvement.
熟悉汽車、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)及關(guān)鍵總成，有過(guò)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)室建設(shè)或試驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉試驗(yàn)規(guī)范，能夠判別試驗(yàn)中的故障并提出改進(jìn)建議；
? Team work spirit and good skill of communication.
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)和溝通能力；
? Good in English
良好英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力
