MAJOR FUNCTIONS / 崗位職責(zé)
- low cost and high quality of tools from China market;
- Developing proper tooling resource in China and managing the tooling supplier capability;
- Tooling development and tuning, moulds and tools management, preparation of new projects;
- Participate in and initiate cost requests for new model costing, evaluation of engineering proposals, product changes and develop and maintain pricing sheets for all new model programs;
- Participate in part and tool buy-off;
- Be responsible developing tooling preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting ability;
- Responsible to set-up tools repair and maintenance procedure, work instruction and process flow;
- Complete tasks as assigned by manager;

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Skill Set)
- Have strong knowledge in Mechanical Engineering field, solid hand-on tooling design in machinery or auto industry;
- Mins 5 years working experience in Mechanical Engineering filed in Auto environment.
- Technical skill and experience with metal stamping and welding is plus.
- Good Project management skill and time management skill;
- Strong communication skill, independent working ability and team work sprit, is able to work with overseas colleagues;
- Have excellent professional working attitude; be full of initiative, possessing strong sense of responsibility and highly efficient;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- With open-mind and strong affinity, can work under pressure, good communication, analyzing, judgment and interpersonal skills.
