equipment control設(shè)備監(jiān)控reviews equipment process parameters to ensure all meet best in class requirements referencing bbp檢查設(shè)備流程的各項(xiàng)因素，以確保一切符合最高要求ensures that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations related to equipment usage確保一項(xiàng)運(yùn)作或流程的所有方面都符合相關(guān)的規(guī)定
process control流程監(jiān)控ensures the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs確保按照最適宜的水平、正確的速度和產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量運(yùn)作流程，以滿足供應(yīng)需求assumes responsibility for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and process plant承擔(dān)監(jiān)控環(huán)境、流程當(dāng)前情況及工廠的責(zé)任
product issue settlement 產(chǎn)品問題的解決makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution進(jìn)行觀察并直接采取措施，從其他相關(guān)的技術(shù)和操作人員處收集并解讀數(shù)據(jù)
technical trials 技術(shù)試驗(yàn)plans and conducts technical trials, prepares reports, flow diagrams and charts計(jì)劃和開展技術(shù)試驗(yàn)，準(zhǔn)備報(bào)告、流程圖和圖表
continuous improvement持續(xù)改進(jìn)monitors modifications and upgrades, and trouble shootings existing processes監(jiān)控修改和更新，解決現(xiàn)有流程中的問題improves process competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes通過推動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動(dòng)和鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、解決方案和流程，提高制造工程的工藝流程的競爭力和客戶滿意度
competency requirements 能力要求
bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering preferred.本科或以上學(xué)歷，工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先。manufacturing / mechanical engineering background, 3 years of working experience in assembly process.機(jī)械工程背景，在裝配領(lǐng)域有3年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus.精益生產(chǎn)知識(shí)優(yōu)先related process knowledge(decided by plant)相關(guān)流程知識(shí)problem solving解決問題teamwork團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作
