崗位職責：1. Familiar with the testing standard of paint & coating, with testing experience.熟悉并掌握油漆、涂料的檢驗標準，有一定的檢驗經(jīng)驗2. Perform all physical testing on paint products and adjust accordingly;對涂料產(chǎn)品進行物理測試，并進行相應的調整3. Understand basic theories of color matching, and shade color to standard if needed;了解配色的基本原理，在需要時進行顏色調整4. Maintain a clean work area, including common lab area and own bench;有良好的工作習慣，保持工作區(qū)域（包括公用以及個人實驗區(qū)域）干凈5. Prepare COA for customer and make sample panels, skilled at spray.能制作樣板，有一定的噴涂技能，準備COA 要求: 1. Be able to tell color differences能辨別色差2. Self-motivated with minimum supervision;能在極少的監(jiān)督和管理下自我激勵3. Willing to work any shift, including 3rd shift;能在任何時間工作，包括夜班4. Can handle multiple batches at the same time;能在同一時間處理不同批次5. Have a strong attention to details and good computer skills, basic English skill preferred.對細節(jié)重視，有良好電腦運用能力，有英語基礎優(yōu)先考慮。
