工作職責(zé)Duties
1.負(fù)責(zé)解決產(chǎn)線發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問題
Disposing and tracking quality issue
2.配合項目負(fù)責(zé)前期項目質(zhì)量直至零件PPAP認(rèn)可
Cooperate with project responsible for the early stage of the project quality to parts PPAP approval
3.對不合格品進(jìn)行評估和處理
Responsible for assess and deal with non-conforming product
4.負(fù)責(zé)對現(xiàn)場QC的管理和指導(dǎo)工作
Responsible for the management and direction of the on-site QC
5.對產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量記錄進(jìn)行分析和控制
Analyze and control the quality records of the production line
6.負(fù)責(zé)控制計劃，檢驗指導(dǎo)書的制定以及更新
responsible for drafting and update the work instruction and SIP
7.匯總處理客戶反饋信息對現(xiàn)場人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，提高現(xiàn)場人員質(zhì)量意識
Summary of processing customer feedback on-site staff training, improve the quality awareness of site personnel
8.處理客戶質(zhì)量投訴，撰寫8D報告，并追蹤到問題解決
Deal with customer quality complaints, writing 8D report, and track to solve the problem
9.應(yīng)對客戶稽核與評審，積極采取相關(guān)改善措施
Respond to customer audit and review, and actively take relevant improvements
10.主持召開質(zhì)量會議，協(xié)調(diào)各部門參與質(zhì)量工作
Chaired a quality meeting, to coordinate the various departments involved in quality work
11.編制月度質(zhì)量報告
Make monthly quality report
12.每月產(chǎn)線審核，對產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行收集并改善
Monthly production line audit, Collection and improve the quality problems of the production line
任職資格equirements:
1.大學(xué)學(xué)歷或以上，機(jī)械或自動化專業(yè)
Bachelor or above，Mechanical or automatic control
2.接受過質(zhì)量相關(guān)知識方面的培訓(xùn)，如質(zhì)量五大工具，8D問題解決方法，TS16949質(zhì)量體系。
Familiar with 8D-Problem Solving, TS16949 quality management system and five tool
3.3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
3 years QA supervisor experience or above
4.核心技能和素質(zhì)Key Skills and Competency
(1) 質(zhì)量控制和管理經(jīng)驗，過程能力質(zhì)量控制
Quality control and management experience, process quality control skill
(2) 具備較強(qiáng)的溝通能力和談判技巧
With strong communication skills and negotiation skills
(3) 辦公軟件操作熟練（如： Excel）
Office software skills (eg: Excel)
(4) 能寫英文8D報告
