Following First sample, build upeffective communication between supplier and customer; complete product manufacture process documentand SIP（Standard Inspection Procedure）, train QC to handle SIP3.主導(dǎo)工程變更流程：變更評審，庫存統(tǒng)計(jì)與處理，樣品跟進(jìn)與確認(rèn)，批量質(zhì)量水平跟進(jìn)確認(rèn)Lead Engineer change process: EC audit, Stock statistics and dispose, sample follow, quality level of batchproduction confirm4.日常批次產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題處理Deal with quality problems of running orders.5.主導(dǎo)客戶投訴的處理：客戶投訴的反饋、調(diào)查、改善、審核驗(yàn)證及回復(fù),質(zhì)量索賠Lead handling customer quality complain: react fast on complain, reason investigation and analysis , correctaction , confirm of correct action, Quality Claim6.參與由采購部主導(dǎo)的新供方開發(fā)計(jì)劃Join in new supplier development led by purchase department7.主導(dǎo)模具盤點(diǎn)及確認(rèn)：轉(zhuǎn)移模具的實(shí)體初步確認(rèn)；模具轉(zhuǎn)移至供方處新品確認(rèn)及技術(shù)支持；年度模具盤點(diǎn)和稽核Lead checking and inventory of tooling: Check tooling in transferring.
