BASIC FUNCTION基本職能:
Work with internal related function and oversea customers to provide deviation design proposals and layout, conduct product technical deviations/layout review for overseas sales. Technically support sales segment in IBD for negotiation projects and contract management segment for contract execution to achieve sales target.
與相關(guān)部門和海外客戶合作以提供相應(yīng)的非標(biāo)設(shè)計方案和土建圖紙，并對海外銷售項目進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品土建圖紙審核及非標(biāo)技術(shù)評審。為IBD新梯銷售科的新梯詢價項目和合同管理科的合同執(zhí)行項目提供技術(shù)支持，以共同實現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)的最終達(dá)成。KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要義務(wù)和職責(zé) :
1、 Review negotiation projects technical requirement to provide deviation design proposals. Be responsible for negotiation project technical items clarification . Provide technically support for new projects during negotiation and quotation stage. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects. Communicate with sales representatives and oversea customers to promote XOEC product.
評審新梯詢價項技術(shù)規(guī)格，提供對應(yīng)的非標(biāo)設(shè)計方案。負(fù)責(zé)新梯銷售項目的技術(shù)咨詢工作，并對相關(guān)技術(shù)點加以澄清、闡述和說明。在新項目協(xié)商和報價階段，為項目提供技術(shù)支持。對復(fù)雜項目的跨部門評審工作進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)和管理。與銷售代表和海外客戶積極溝通，推行宣傳公司產(chǎn)品。
2、 Review and confirm the technical items of contract. Confirm deviation solution during contract negotiation phase and revise deviation design solution according to changes. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects.
評審并確認(rèn)合同技術(shù)規(guī)格信息。在合同協(xié)商階段中，與客戶確認(rèn)非標(biāo)設(shè)計方案并根據(jù)客戶需求的變更來相應(yīng)更改非標(biāo)設(shè)計方案。對復(fù)雜項目的跨部門評審工作進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)和管理。
3、 Design layout proposal for new negotiation projects or review customer’s layout drawings during projects negotiation phase. Communicate with oversea customer to work out an agreed layout design for quotation.
為新梯詢價項目設(shè)計電、扶梯土建布置，或在項目協(xié)商過程中審核客戶發(fā)來的土建布置。與海外客戶進(jìn)行溝通，為銷售報價提供客戶認(rèn)可的土建布局。
4、 Confirm customer’s layout drawing or create layout drawings for contracts according to agreed product configuration and design proposals.
根據(jù)客戶已認(rèn)可的產(chǎn)品配置及設(shè)計方案，為合同執(zhí)行項目提供電、扶梯土建布局，或?qū)徍舜_認(rèn)客戶發(fā)來的土建布局圖。
5、 Once deviation solution and layout is finalized, make a Bill of Materials (BOM) and send to finance for pricing, for both new negotiation project and contracts.
當(dāng)新梯詢價項目/合同執(zhí)行項目非標(biāo)設(shè)計方案及土建圖紙最終完成時，制作對應(yīng)的物料明細(xì)詢價單（BOM）并發(fā)送至財務(wù)進(jìn)行核價。
6、Be capable to travel to oversea alone for project negotiation technical support, product training and etc.
能單獨出差海外進(jìn)行項目談判技術(shù)支持、產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)等任務(wù)。QUALIFICATIONS任職資格:
Education ： Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bachelor or above
教育背景： 機電類專業(yè)，大學(xué)本科或以上。
Experience： At least one year work experience. Experience in elevator industry will be a plus.
工作經(jīng)驗： 至少1年工作經(jīng)驗。有電梯行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者將優(yōu)先考慮。
Language ： Good at Writing in English. Fluent in speaking English
語言能力： 擅長英語寫作，口語流利。
Computer Skills ： Good at Auto CAD and M.S office. Good at VB will be a plus
計算機技能： 擅長Auto CAD和微軟Office操作；擅長VB編程者將優(yōu)先考慮。
Others： Good at communication ；Team work; Willing to take responsibility
其他： 善于交流；有團(tuán)隊合作精神；責(zé)任心強。
