We are looking for experienced Project Managers (Business Development) to join our specialist facade group. The Group deals with China and other countries projects as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team and provides whole package of exterior faade solutions.
Interested candidates should possess college or higher degree in Civil Engineer, Mechanic Engineering or Project Management. More than 4 years’ experience in curtain wall business, this should ideally include the majority of the followings:
Mature with excellent international communication and presentation skills
Excellent management skills and organizational skills.
Designing materials: aluminum, steel, stone, glass and timber.
Experience in Curtain wall profile, elastomeric sealer and accessories.
Knowledge of typical cladding systems.
Experience in practical curtain wall life cycle: fabricating, handling, installing and maintaining different curtain wall systems.
Proficient in office and drafting software: Auto CAD 2010, MS Office 2010.
Experience in other relevant computer software such as MS Project would be an advantage.
Good awareness of the problems and constraints from other major design disciplines such as architectural, structural, MEP, fire engineering, acoustics, and computer modeling is essential.
You must be technically competent with relevant local consulting experience. Coupled to this you will be a good communicator with both clients and colleagues. You will be working to tight deadlines on some of the on-going highest profile projects.
