We are looking for experienced Facade Engineers to join our specialist facade group.
Interested candidates should possess Bachelor / Master Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Structural Engineering. More than 3 years experience in design this should ideally include the majority of the followings:
Designing materials: aluminum, steel, stone, glass and timber.
Experience in Curtain wall profile, elastomeric sealer and accessories development.
Architectural component detail design.
Glass structural design.
Knowledge of typical cladding systems.
Awareness of basic building physics including ventilation, solar gain control, thermal insulation, glare control etc.
Experience in practical curtain wall life cycle: fabricating, handling, installing and maintaining different curtain wall systems.
Proficient in office and drafting software: Auto CAD 2010, MS Office 2007, MS Project.
Experience in other relevant computer software such as Athena, Rhinoceros, Revit, Inventor, GSA, SAP 2000, Staad would be an advantage.
Mature with excellent international communication and presentation skills
Excellent management skills and organizational skills.
Good awareness of the problems and constraints from other major design disciplines such as architectural, structural, MEP, fire engineering, acoustics, and computer modeling is essential.
You must be technically competent with relevant local consulting experience. Coupled to this you will be a good communicator with both clients and colleagues. You will be working to tight deadlines on some of the on-going highest profile projects.
Successful candidates will be experiencing full exposure to most advanced faade engineering and World-class building development portfolio.
