Responsibility:1) Works with Sensata global team for projects support, including new products development, new components / new supplier development.2) Daily supplier quality incidents support, including supplier incidents disposition, supplier 8D verification, supplier audit and supplier management review.3) Monitors and optimizes make site internal SQE related flowchart / procedures.4) Educates & deploys SQE related flowchart / procedures to all related departments.5) Completely executes the global supplier management tools for same communication platform with global team.Qualification:1) Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design, material, electronics or other related major.2) Above 1 Years of related working experience.3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.4) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.5) Certified TS internal auditor / program manager experience is preferred.
