Responsibilities職責(zé)
1. Establishes and Implements the approved purchasing policy, achieving the purchasing target and optimize the purchasing process.建立/執(zhí)行采購政策，達成采購目標(biāo)，優(yōu)化采購流程。
2. Be responsible for the supplier development, selection and performance evaluation負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、選擇和評估。
3. Take lead in the contract negotiation on all spend related with the production within purchasing to pay process. 主導(dǎo)與生產(chǎn)配合從采購到付款的合同談判
4. Coordinate with the relevant department to make the optimum stock, safety stock list and supervise the stock level.與相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)確定合理存貨、安全存貨清單，監(jiān)管存貨水平。
5. Collect the market information to ensure the procurement cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply of materials to meet or exceed users’ demand.收集市場信息確保有效的采購成本，并確保材料的連續(xù)供應(yīng)以滿足或超越用戶的需求。
6. Be responsible for the whole process of procurement from requisition, order placing& tracing and payment, work with relevant dept. to ensure the quality and quantity of the material. 與各部門一起配合，負(fù)責(zé)從申請、下單、跟蹤，到付款的整個采購過程，確保采購的物品滿足質(zhì)量和數(shù)量的要求。
7. Process the disputed purchases of goods or services with relevant function. 處理采購物品或服務(wù)的爭議。
8. Be responsible the purchasing saving target achieving and statistics.負(fù)責(zé)達成采購節(jié)省的目標(biāo)和策略
9. Be responsible for all spend related cost analysis and marketing information collection, leading and coordinating Bunge plants to develop the strategy suppliers and reach the structure agreement.負(fù)責(zé)成本分析，市場信息收集，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)邦基工廠開發(fā)策略供應(yīng)商達成框架協(xié)議。
10. Be responsible for the reporting of purchasing performance and procurement related reports采購業(yè)績和相關(guān)報告的匯報。
11. Assist in China feed plant’s procurement coordination協(xié)助中國飼料工廠的采購協(xié)調(diào)。
12. Tasks assigned by superior 其他工作
Requirements:要求
- Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical / engineering or materials / International trade本科學(xué)歷，機械/工程/材料/國際貿(mào)易
- More than 3 years experience in procurement management position in manufacturing environment in multinational company, Procurement Certificate preferred.外資企業(yè)3年以上采購管理職位工作經(jīng)驗
- Procurement experience in feed industry or strong mechanical engineering procurement experience preferred.飼料行業(yè)采購經(jīng)驗或較強的機械工程采購工作經(jīng)驗
- Excellent capability in communication and negotiation優(yōu)秀的溝通，談判能力
- Excellent in oral and written English良好的英語能力
