Responsibilities:

¨ Management and administration of Corporate core applications and hardware platform

¨ Work closely with management team to develop and design corporate information systems architecture aligning with business strategy

¨ Responsible for evaluating and deploying appropriate tools, products, service or technology to meet the business requirements

¨ Define system requirements, Perform trending forecasting and capacity analysis

¨ Ongoing critical reviews of infrastructure robustness, suitability and strategic reviews of business requirements; recommend, influence and implement improvement and optimization proposal

¨ Work with vendors on negotiating new service, product, support and maintenance contracts

¨ Backup Administrator, responsible of corporate core application data backup and restore; assist to design disaster recovery plan

¨ Provide formal and informal training for users and group members on corporate core application and hardware platform

¨ Establish documentation and procedures for all areas of responsibility

¨ Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for branch offices throughout China region

Requirements:

¨ Bachelor or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline

¨ 5+ years experience with system/network administration or IT infrastructure implementation

¨ Good team work and ability to work independently

¨ Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills

¨ Strong trouble-shooting and problem-analysis skills in server hardware and enterprise application areas

¨ Good spoken English and fluent written English

¨ Rich experience in IT infrastructure management for multi-sites.

¨ Rich experience in Microsoft architecture and service including Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, MOSS, SCCM, SCOM, ISA, etc.

¨ Must be proficient in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and 2010 management.

¨ Rich experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle maintenance and administration

¨ Knowledge of information security processes and controls

¨ Experiences with solutions of storage, virtualization, SAN, backup and disaster recovery.

¨ Oracle and Microsoft exchange management experience is preferred

¨ Microsoft and Oracle certificate are preferred
