Responsibilities:
1.Tooling design, tooling includes notching die, stamping die, downstream fixtures for extrusion line, and others;
2.Be able to evaluate feasibility for the design from supplier;
3.Organize tooling validation/trial in house or at vendor side;
4.Be responsible for tooling tuning and trouble shooting to keep production running well;
5.Involved in process development such as Flow chart, FEMA, Control plan, Job Spec, WI, etc;
6.Communicate with tooling supplier to make sure tooling development plan going on wheels;
7.Provide training to technician and operator;
8.Provide support to tooling purchase engineer and cost estimator;
9.Provide professional advice to product designer during product development.
Requirement:
1.College education at least;
2.More than three years Tooling Design experiences;
3.Can speak and write English;
4.Skillful for SolidWorks;
