2. SUMMARY 職責(zé)概述： 負(fù)責(zé)種豬場(chǎng)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)操作過程
3.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 基本職責(zé)要求：
a) In charge of all daily production activities happened in production area. 負(fù)責(zé)豬場(chǎng)的日常生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)
b) Implement control and maintain all Bio-security protocols for the internal production area of the farm and where needed does adjustments in time always in consultation with farm manager. 負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行海波爾的各項(xiàng)生物安全制度。
c) Responsible for implementing of the required vaccination, medication protocols and checking the effectiveness of these protocols all in cooperation with Farm manager and farm veterinarian.負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行本場(chǎng)的防疫計(jì)劃，治療方案 以及這些計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行效果檢查。
d) Executing the agreed weekly/ 3days breeding/production plan 執(zhí)行本場(chǎng)的每周配種計(jì)劃
e) Manage the pig flow from the 3 main production section and transport to internal load out. 負(fù)責(zé)豬場(chǎng)各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的豬群流動(dòng)
f) Implement the insemination management program of Hypor 執(zhí)行海波爾的配種操作規(guī)程
g) Implement the farrowing management of Hyor 執(zhí)行海波爾的分娩操作規(guī)程
h) Implement the nursery management of Hypor 執(zhí)行海波爾的保育豬管理規(guī)程
i) Implement testing program of Hypor 執(zhí)行海波爾的生長(zhǎng)測(cè)定豬操作規(guī)程。
j) Check and monitor the 3 supervisors works,  檢查各生產(chǎn)主管的工作。 
k) To organize the weekly discussion/meeting/training of staff in production area.  組織每周的生產(chǎn)研討會(huì)和培訓(xùn)會(huì)。
l) Responsible for the maintenance of production facilities and keep them clean and neat in cooperation with farm manager and production staff. 負(fù)責(zé)場(chǎng)內(nèi)各種設(shè)施的維修和良好使用
m) To do the job description of people under him/her.負(fù)責(zé)場(chǎng)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)人員的崗位分工。
n) Cooperated with farm manager, to evaluate all staff in production areas performance.  負(fù)責(zé)所屬人員的工作技能評(píng)估。
o) Deal with relationship between workers and build a team work. 協(xié)調(diào)員工間的關(guān)系， 建立團(tuán)隊(duì)工作。
4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 知識(shí)與技能要求   
 Experience in all parts of pig production of pig breeding farm. 了解種豬生產(chǎn)的全過程和各環(huán)節(jié)的工作。. 
 Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. 具有好的報(bào)告編寫，語言交流能力，與人交際能力
  It is better to have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine or related field.  Masters degree preferred.  Or has more than3 year  work experience in pig  pig breeding farm最好備 動(dòng)物科學(xué)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)或獸醫(yī)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷 或至少有3年以上在大的種豬場(chǎng)的工作經(jīng)歷。研究生以上學(xué)歷更好.
 The candidates must good at of  computer using.  求職者需要有好的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力
 It is preferred that the candidate can write and speak English fluently.能夠用英語書寫和口語交流者具有優(yōu)勢(shì)

5. WORKING CONDITIONS
The pig farm manger need work and stay at farm nearly 22 days per month.  每月在豬場(chǎng) 工作22天， 8 天休假。
