1. Report to 報(bào)告 a) Reports to the Production manager of farm
生產(chǎn)情況直接向中國區(qū)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理和豬場場長報(bào)告。

2. SUMMARY 職責(zé)概述：  In charge of farroing and nursery management負(fù)責(zé)種豬場的 產(chǎn)房和保育舍的管理
3.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 基本職責(zé)要求：
 In charge of all daily production activities happened in breeding area. 負(fù)責(zé)豬場繁殖群的日常生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)
 Implement control and maintain all Bio-security protocols for the breeding  area of the farm. 負(fù)責(zé)海波爾的各項(xiàng)生物安全制度在本區(qū)內(nèi)的執(zhí)行。
 Responsible for implementing of the required vaccination, medication protocols and checking the effectiveness of these protocols all in cooperation with Farm manager and farm veterinarian.負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行本區(qū)的防疫計(jì)劃，治療方案 以及這些計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行效果檢查。
 Executing the agreed weekly/ 3days farrowing and nursery  plan 執(zhí)行本場的每周產(chǎn)仔和保育豬管理計(jì)劃
 Manage the pig flow  in and out of this area負(fù)責(zé)本區(qū)與產(chǎn)房間的豬群流動(dòng)
 Implement the farrowing and nursery management program of Hypor 執(zhí)行海波爾的產(chǎn)房和保育豬管理操作規(guī)程
  To organize the weekly discussion/meeting/training of staff in production area.  參與組織每周的生產(chǎn)研討會(huì)和培訓(xùn)會(huì)。
 Responsible for the maintenance of production facilities and keep them clean and neat in cooperation with farm manager and production staff. 負(fù)責(zé)本區(qū)內(nèi)各種設(shè)施的維修和良好使用
 To do the job description of people under him/her.負(fù)責(zé)場內(nèi)生產(chǎn)人員的崗位分工。
 Cooperated with farm manager, to evaluate all staff in production areas performance.  負(fù)責(zé)所屬人員的工作技能評估。
 Deal with relationship between workers and build a team work. 協(xié)調(diào)員工間的關(guān)系， 建立團(tuán)隊(duì)工作。
4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 知識(shí)與技能要求   
 Experience in all parts of pig production of pig breeding farm. 了解種豬生產(chǎn)的全過程和各環(huán)節(jié)的工作。. 
 Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. 具有好的報(bào)告編寫，語言交流能力，與人交際能力
  It is better to have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine or related field.  最好備 動(dòng)物科學(xué)、營養(yǎng)或獸醫(yī)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷 或至少有3年以上在大的種豬場的工作經(jīng)歷。
 The candidates must good at of  computer using.  求職者需要有好的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力
 It is preferred that the candidate can write and speak English fluently.能夠用英語書寫和口語交流者具有優(yōu)勢
 The candidate should has the ability of leader and good at build a team/do team work 求職者應(yīng)具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能，善于建立團(tuán)隊(duì)并做團(tuán)隊(duì)工作。
 The candidate must be very honest， openness and diligency. 求職者必須誠實(shí)，開明 勤奮。

5. WORKING CONDITIONS
The pig farm manger need work and stay at farm nearly 22 days per month.  每月在豬場 工作22天， 8 天休假。
