1、 重點大學本科以上學歷,城市規(guī)劃設計或相關專業(yè)；
2、 具有較強的方案構思及專業(yè)技能，能夠作為骨干完成大型項目的方案規(guī)劃；
3、 具有十二年以上城市規(guī)劃或建筑設計經驗，熟悉國內規(guī)劃相關規(guī)范；
4、 具有良好的溝通能力，以及項目管理的經驗；
5、 具有良好的協(xié)調能力，及團隊管理能力；
6、 有境外學習、工作，或外資工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮。

2. Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in project implementation from conception to delivery;
3. Good understanding and familiar with national design code and standard
4. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
5. Ability to lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality
